MICHAEL Sherrin, who spent $23 million buying six apartments in Surfers Paradise tower Soul off the plan, looks to have fully exited what evolved into a grim investment.

Michael, who sold a Brisbane crane business for $130 million 2005, paid an average of $3.83 million for the three-bedroom apartments and has lost more than $1 million on each.
