Hellenika at Nobby Beach will host renowned Greek wine personalities Giannis Karakasis MW and Eleni Blouchou. They’ll take over the sommelier role for one night only, bringing along wines from 19 different Greek producers. There’s no extra charge to hear from the special guests — just make a regular dinner reservation.

JUNE 19

Salt Meats Cheese Surfers Paradise is putting on an allyou-can-eat vegan pizza night from 5pm. The dinner is $20 per person with the purchase of a drink. Toppings on the menu include margherita (tomato, Not-zzarella cheese, extra virgin olive oil), truffle and mushroom, grilled eggplant, roasted potato with garlic and rosemary, and roasted pumpkin with spinach and walnuts.

JULY 20

The Collective Palm Beach will dish up festive favourites for Christmas in July. The venue is hosting a four-course dinner with the choice of mulled wine or cider on arrival. Expect chicken liver parfait, salmon ceviche tostada, handmade gnocchi al tartufo and Not Quite Turkey (ballotine of chicken with sage and onion stuffing, confit potato, wilted greens and sage jus). There’s rosemary pannacotta and spiced pumpkin bread pudding with salted caramel and whipped cream for the finale. A live band and DJ will be playing until late. Tickets are $65 per person.
