WARREN von Bibra, No.2 in the Gold Coast’s new-car industry, appears not to have been “idling” while Sydney players pick up businesses.

There’s a whisper that Warren, who already sells 12 marques and operates from four locations, is in the process of adding another dealership.

No.1 dealer by size is the Peter Warren-Quadrant team that last year tied up the James Frizelle group, while Sydney’s Nick Politis is poised to buy the Bruce Lynton Jaguar and Land-Rover dealerships.
