Pills found in car

POLICE have charged two men after a car search in Cudgen where 41 ecstasy pills and 10.27g of cocaine were allegedly found.

The pair were searched after police stopped their car travelling southbound on the M1 near Cudgera Creek on June 15 around 3pm.

A 24-year-old man was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug greater than indictable quantity and two counts of possess prohibited drug.

A 22-year-old man was charged with possess prohibited drug, and carrying a cutting weapon which was allegedly located on his person after his arrest.
