THE LIFE AND TIMES OF LANG WALKER
WITH an estimated fortune of $2.3 billion, Lang Walker is one of the biggest players in the Australian property scene. His empire started modestly with two houses in Sydney’s Miranda in 1968.
Mr Walker was behind some of Sydney’s most iconic developments like Finger Wharf and King Street Wharf. During the 1980s he began building subdivisions in Melbourne and Brisbane and in 2000 the company bought Hope Island Resort.
