Super result in pay talks

BUSINESS is booming in Suncorp Super Netball with players set to get a pay rise in 2019.

The total payment pool for the eight teams in the world’s best netball competition will increase to $5.32 million a year with the salary cap for each club to rise by $15,000 to $515,000.

Teams can access up to $150,000 for employment, education and ambassadorial roles for players.

The minimum payment for all players rises by 8.75 per cent to $30,000.
