BACK TO WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

NEARLY 20 years ago popular tenor Daniel Mallari (above), ‘the little chap with the big, big voice’, went on stage and won the Twin Towns Talent Quest. That was the start of what has been a long and successful career. Since then Daniel has performed around the world, teamed up with the towering Lachlan Baker as The Two Tenors and featured in hit productions of the Lion’s Den and Popera Classics. Daniel has just announced that he is heading back to Twin Towns for a 20th anniversary show on 17th July. “Looking back it is amazing what my life has become since winning that talent show. I have always loved singing and that was the break I needed to set out on a professional career.”
