TOWER SITE ON MARKET
A SINGAPOREAN group that paid $5.5 million for a Surfers Paradise tower site six months ago has more than “modulated” its ambitions for the land – it’s put it on the market.
The SHS group, in the modular construction business, is asking $6.5 million for the land, approved for a 25-level building and bought from fellow Singaporean group Ho Bee.
SHS has a Kiwi focus – it’s building an 88-room modular hotel in Christchurch and has projects in Tekapo and Queenstown.
