Re: your story about the homeless, i have worked in boarding houses for a number of years as manager and caretaker, as well as being a tenant. My experience is that a good number of people that present themselves for budget accommodation - the whole gamut of ages, but especially the youth, bring with them a total disregard of what could be regarded as acceptable social behavior. This includes drug use and violent and abusive acts towards fellow tenants. I know - I have lived both sides of the coin. You reap what you sow. Fable
