Mystery win: Are you $500k richer?
A MERMAID Waters shopper has started the week more than $500,000 richer after winning division one in Saturday Gold Lotto draw — but it appears they don’t know it yet.
The winner holds one of eight division-one-winning entries from in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 3857.
The winning entry, purchased at IGA Mermaid Waters, was registered to a Winners Circle card, however the player’s contact details were incomplete so officials are unable to contact the winner to share the news.
Golden Casket spokesman Matt Hart said the Gold Coast’s newest division one winner could be walking around with a winning ticket in their pocket and not even know. “Imagine how your plans for the week would change once you discover you are now a $500,000 richer,” he said.
He urged players to check their tickets for Saturday’s draw. If you discover you are holding the division one winning ticket to contact Golden Casket on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming your prize.
The winning numbers in Saturday night’s draw were 29, 1, 6, 43, 23 and 18.
The supplementary numbers were 3 and 35.
