Simone Holzapfel, her husband Matt Robinson, and their various companies have loans that include:

● $350,000 by Weldev Capital to Mr Robinson’s Bromelton Paddock, which is linked to mortgages over lots one, two and seven of their Gleneagle property.

● $1.38 million by Weldev to Ms Holzapfel’s Amalfi Invest, also for the mortgage over lot seven.

● $1.05 million by Lehne Investment­s to Amalfi Invest, for a second mortgage over lot seven.

● $1.05 million by Lehne Investment­s to Bromelton Paddock, for a second mortgage of an eighth lot connected to the Gleneagle property. Weldev Capital are first registered mortgage holders on that 4.6 ha property, which has a current developmen­t applicatio­n for a 50-lot housing estate. ● Weldev also hold a general security agreement over all present and after acquired property of the borrower

● The couple also had loans of $1.2 from developer Bob Ell and his Leda company, which were largely paid out by the more recent loans

● Mr Robinson’s company It Grows on Trees has defaulted on a mortgage for a million-dollar apartment at Currumbin
