BAY’S SANDS OF TIME

AN obvious one, but setting out to experience what the region offers for relaxation – that is, bush and beach – means you can chill out at Byron Bay’s famous beach once you’ve run amok in the hinterland around Mullumbimby.

Byron is built right up to the shore, making for cute esplanade cafes and views of the azure ocean. Simply park right next to the beach and pull out your towel. There are picnic benches available, grass to laze on and of course, kilometres of unspoilt sands.
