TENNIS DREAMS EDGING CLOSER AT BURLEIGH

-

IT’S getting towards the pointy end of the competition at the Gold Coast Junior Tennis International.

Yesterday’s fifth day of action, and second of the main draw, included wins to Australian pair Amber Marshall and Megan Smith, while Malaysia’s Christian Didier Chin continued on his winning form. Today’s play will commence at 10am with the girls’ singles quarter-finals up first, followed by the boys’ action.

Finals in the singles at Burleigh Waters’ Gold Coast Albert Junior Tennis Centre will be held on Sunday.

Bulletin photographer Mike Batterham was there this week to snap the best of the action so far.
