House fire contained

FIREFIGHTERS contained a fire which ripped through the bottom storey of a Tallebudgera home yesterday.

Crews were called to a house on Trees Rd about noon yesterday with reports the lower level of a two-storey home was “well alight”.

Three fire trucks, two urban and one rural, had the fire extinguished by about 12.50pm.

All occupants were accounted for and police and ambulance crews attended the scene.
