Trump putting America first with opponents on all sides

-

I READ and listened to all of the hoo-haa about President Trump and all I can say is, he is only doing his job as best as he is allowed.

He loves America, which is more than the Democrats do. They have sold out America by sending all of their factories to China and other Asian countries.

President Trump is looking after America’s interests, not his own pocket. If he has to be blunt about it, he is. He doesn’t play around, he speaks his mind and maybe some folks don’t like it but it does get things moving.

He has met and talked to other leaders, while at the same time being bad mouthed by the Democrats, and his own party.

He has brought NATO to heel by pointing out that the countries involved have not been paying their share of the cost in running it, especially Germany which does not like to put its hand into its pocket, same way it does not pay its way in the EU financial farce but makes sure that it gets all of the big contracts which the rest of the EU miss out on.

I notice that Teresa May changed her tune on the Brexit exit, just the day before two of the top officials walked out of Government because she was again changing her mind about how she wanted Brexit to be proceed.

I notice that Barack Obama has crawled out from beneath whichever stone he has been hiding under since he was voted out of office.

Nothing was said when he went around the world meeting with other leaders, making promises he had no intention of keeping. He used a lot of empty words with Iraq and Iran but never followed up on them, and no one called him out.

If Hilary Clinton had managed to win the election, which she had no chance of doing, she would have been a front for Obama’s third term in office, because the Clintons could not afford to pay the cost of funding the election out of their pockets.

So maybe Obama should go back to where he has been hiding and keep his mouth shut before someone says something which he would prefer kept in the dark.

So President Trump ... keep up the good work and maybe if your party had a look at the people doing all of the talking, instead of shouting, they might find out just who is behind all of the bad mouthing and why, and how much they are being paid.

Because nothing is said for free. MAUREEN BEACH, TWEED HEADS
