Leftover S swell up to 2 to 3ft across the more exposed northern NSW beaches, mixing with background E swell at 1 to 2ft or so exposed QLD beaches, grading tiny to flat along the points and inside the bays. WIND: Early light W 5 to 10 knots tending light and variable, then light N later.

TOMORROW

Leftover S swell around 2ft northern NSW exposed areas. Background E swell around 1ft+ exposed QLD beaches and virtually flat elsewhere. WIND: Early WNW to NNW to 10 to 15 knots tending N during the afternoon.

WEDNESDAY

Potential for small SSE groundswel­l ranging from 2 to 3ft northern NSW exposed areas. Mixing with background E swell around 1 to 2ft exposed QLD beaches and grading smaller elsewhere. WIND: Early WSW to SSW 10 to 15 knots tending S to SSE around 5 to 15 knots later.
