Happy 30th for Village

NICOLE Kidman has filmed a special birthday message for Village Roadshow Studios as the complex known as Hollywood on the Gold Coast celebrates its 30th anniversary.

“Happy 30th birthday, love from me,” the Oscar-winning Aquaman actor says in an allstar video to mark the occasion.

Well wishers congratulating the Oxenford complex’s president Lynne Benzie, who has worked at the studios for 28 years, on the milestone also include US producer Rob Cowan, who made blockbusters San Andreas and Aquaman on the lot.

“It’s a world-class facility,” Cowan says in the clip. “I’d come back there in a minute to make any movie I could.”
