HOOKER AWARDS A REAL SUCCESS

GIVEN the resurgence in the Gold Coast property market it is little wonder that so many locals “won bigly” at the annual LJ Hooker Queensland awards. Heading the roll call of winners was Shane Colquhoun, dealer principal from the Nerang office, who won the coveted Franchise Owner of the Year prize. Other big winners were Ana Tulloch and Laura van der Laan, from Broadwater, for Top Salesperson and Future Star, respectively. Also honoured on the night in various categories were Matt Conduit (Broadbeach), Ben Fisher (Broadwater), Shelley Watkins (Mudgeeraba) and Jodie Frankcom (Paradise Point). Nerang’s Shane Colquhoun must have been worn out by the end as his office picked up a further three awards. Well done to all.
