WELL DONE
KING’S College would like to celebrate Year 12 student Georgina Ellis (above) for her achievement in various horse riding competitions.
Miss Ellis, currently studying a Cert III in Retail Baking at the Trade Training College, began horse riding at the age of four, starting her competitive training at just 13years-old.
She and her two horses, Rosie and Ruby, have been winning big at some prestigious events in the last year, including the Brisbane Royal Show and the Toowoomba Royal Show.
At the recent Mudgeeraba Show, two days of competing saw her take home 16 different awards, among them 1st Smartest on Parade Galloway and 1st Intermediate Show Hunter.
King’s College wishes her the best of luck both with her horse riding and her schoolwork.
