Adam Hargreaves’ matters heard in court ...
● In 2003, he was caught speeding away from traffic lights at 110km/h through Mermaid Beach alongside another sports car. Police charged the pair with racing, but the charge was dismissed after a magistrate found there was no evidence of an organised race taking place.
● An illegal left-hand turn in Surfers Paradise in September 2004 forced Hargraves off the road when he pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. Hargraves was fined $1500 and was disqualified from driving for six months.
● In 2008, Hargraves was fined $500 for attempting to put a vehicle in motion. His licence was disqualified for three months.
● He was charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle in Hedges Ave, Mermaid Beach, in June 2014, but the charges were later dropped.
