POSSIBLE CHANGES

■ At a centre-square bounce, each team must have:

SIX players in the forward 50m arc

SIX players in the defensive 50m arc

SIX players between the arcs – four in the centre square and two on either wing

■ Reduced interchange rotations

– Each team is currently limited to 90 rotations. A significant cut is on the cards.
