If male inmates want sex in jail, they should become gay or bisexual and do it with one another. We all know it goes on even though many deny what they have done inside. Any guard having an intimate relationship with a prisoner needs to be sacked and prosecuted. This is the same as a teacher having a relationship with an over 18 student. NOT ALLOWED.

Please explain to me in plain English why we are building a solar farm on a 203ha site when we could be using that space for houses with their own solar panels on the roof with battery back-up to power themselves. If solar power is the way of the future, why is it not compulsory for every new house, building, industrial warehouse, shopping centre to install solar panels during construction? It just makes sense for them to be able to power their own buildings, store excess or put it back into the grid, therefore relieving massive pressure on the grid at peak usage times and cutting costs.
