Warning to build base

MURWILLUMBAH president Darren McKay says “the time is right” to forge ahead with plans for their Jim Devine Field headquarters.

After overcoming a flood and fire in 2017, the Warning have been in contact with Tweed Shire Council about a master plan for their home.

Having recently completed a renovation of their clubrooms and changing rooms, they now hope to fence both fields, improve carparking and upgrade facilities overall.

“The time is right to complete a project like this,” McKay said.
