LOVED up Aussies are paying on average $36,000 for their wedding, but here’s a way you can have your big day for free.

Southport Sharks has launched its Marry Me Sharks competition, offering a free wedding that includes everything from the venue and catering to hair and makeup to music and lighting at the reception, photography and videography, and a fitness package to get in shape before the big day.

There’s even breakfast for the bride, groom and bridal party is included.

Sales and events manager Kristie Powell said the competition will show couples everything Sharks has to offer – and make one happy couple even happier.

“The only things not included are the ring and dress because those are a matter of personal taste,” she said.

To enter, post a photo on Instagram of your engagement with the hashtag #marrymesharks before the end of September. Couples who are already engaged can recreate their photo to enter.
