Growing concern for young gardeners

BLACKBOARD Coffee has teamed up with Gold Coast City Councillor Herman Vorster and Radcliffe Lawyers to launch a new community project encouragin­g local children to plant and grow herbs and vegetables.

Children under 15 years can get free vegetable and herbs seeds from Blackboard Coffee to plant and grow in their gardens at home. Once grown, the young gardeners can sell it to Blackboard at market rate.
