Charged over death

A MAN has been charged with murdering Victorian mother-of-three Samantha Fraser.

The 38-year-old was found dead inside her Seagrove Way garage at Cowes on July 23, after failing to collect her children from school, police said.

A 41-year-old Paynesville man was charged with one count of murder and was to face Bairnsdale Magistrates Court yesterday.

Detectives were earlier probing the identity of a hooded man filmed near Ms Fraser’s home on the day that she died.
