AGENTS COMBED CITY FOR BARBER

A BARBER has moved into new premises after signing a two-year lease for 50/sq m at Mermaid Beach.

Todd Page, who runs Seven & One Studio, has moved into the shop at 1/2573 Gold Coast Hwy.

Ryan Macgregor, of Commercial 1 Gold Coast, with Shay Fairhurst, of Ray White Surfers Paradise, negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner.

Mr Macgregor said Mr Page emailed him from Bali asking him to find new premises.

Mr Page, who will pay $28,000 in annual rent plus GST and outgoings, has a two-year option on the lease.
