A BROADBEACH property – tenanted by a cryotherapy treatment centre – has sold post-auction for $995,000.

Lots 14 and 15 at Victoria Square sold to a Sydney investor not long after being passed in at auction for $975,000.

Colliers International’s Elliot Woodbry, who marketed the property with colleague James Crawford, said the asset was marketed with a list price of $995,000 after the auction. “Within 24 hours ... an investor responded and purchased the property,” Mr Woodbry said.
