CURRUMBIN SHOPS SELL FOR $3.15M

FIVE strata-titled shops in Currumbin have sold for $3.15 million to a Gold Coast buyer.

The shops, at 794 Pacific Pde, have a combined floorspace of about 300/ sq m and contain a cafe, real estate office, clothing store and two giftware retailers.

The holding, which is below six apartments at the Nioka complex, was sold by Barbara Perugino, who acquired the properties for $515,000 back in 1989.

Marketing agent David Stringer, of DJ Stringer, said there was strong buyer inquiry for the property.
