Ten called in kill case
TEN witnesses will be called in a hearing for the teenager accused of murdering good Samaritan Darren Pullar on Boxing Day 2016.
The 18-year-old faces charges of murder, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, assault occasioning bodily harm and attempted entering a dwelling.
In a short mention in the Southport Magistrates Court yesterday it was revealed 10 witnesses would be called for a two-day hearing on November 28-29. A pathologist will be called as one of the witnesses.
The 18-year-old is accused of running over Mr Pullar following an early morning robbery in a Broadbeach Waters home.
