YATALA LOT GOES FOR $2.25 MILLION

THE owner of a Yatala-based contracting company has snapped up a vacant block for $2.255 million.

Voit Holdings Pty Ltd, linked to Stephen Voight, has purchased the 9617/sq m property at 12 Nyholt Drive from PPG Nominees Pty Ltd, linked to Robert Sung and David Shearer. Coldwell Banker’s Sam Griffiths, who marketed the property with colleague Paul Bates, said Mr Voight’s inital plan was to turn the holding into hardstand lots with the possibility of designing and building facilities in the future.
