Insta-date with court

ALLAINA Vader, the instafamous girlfriend of a former bikie, will go to trial in October for an alleged road rage incident.

Vader (pictured) did not appear in the Southport Magistrates Court yesterday where she faced eight charges.

The charges relate to an incident in Robina in May where she allegedly bit a woman on the face, gouged at her eyes and beat her severely.

During the incident Vader allegedly said: “You’ve just caught me on a really bad day.”

Defence lawyer Ashkan Tai, of Ashkan Tai Lawyers, told the court police had provided him with information in relation to the incident except for a medical report.

Police prosecutor Christopher Freeman said police were still talking to the doctor about the report.

Magistrate Andrew Sinclair set the matter down for a oneday hearing on October 23.

“In my experience with doctors, if they are issued a subpoena to appear at 9am they usually appear,” he said.

Vader’s profile grew through her posting Instagram photos of her private life with former Hells Angels bikie Ben Geppert.
