Teamo yet to appear

FORMER bikie boss Jacques Teamo did not appear in court yesterday to face drugs charges.

Teamo, a former Bandidos member, was allegedly caught with ice and an ice pipe in his pants when taken into the Southport watchhouse on Tuesday. He was arrested on a return to prison warrant.

Teamo is charged with one count each of possessing dangerous drugs and possessing drug utensils.

Defence lawyer Lee Quinn, of Hannay Lawyers, asked the Southport Magistrates Court for the matter to be adjourned to tomorrow.

No application for bail was made and Teamo will remain in the watchhouse.
