Grand plan for Tigers

TALLEBUDGERA Valley Tigers president Luis Marquez says the club has taken an important step into the future after plans for a new clubhouse were approved.

The clubhouse, which comes courtesy of a Get Playing Plus grant and assistance from councillor Gail O’Neill, will feature a main entertaining area, canteen, bar, office and toilets, with new changing rooms also on the horizon.

“We have a great club without a home. The new project, that will fix that problem,” said Marquez, whose club has almost 300 players.
