INVESTOR SPENDS $1.6M ON CENTRE

A PRIVATE NSW investor has snag- ged the sales and information centre for Peet Flagstone City, south west of Brisbane.

The investor paid $1.605 million for the 277sq m two-storey building on a 1923sq m block at 238 Homestead Dr in a deal struck by Ray White Commercial’s Michael Feltoe and Ray White Special Project’s Andrew Burke and Matthew Fritzsche.

Flagstone city’s developer Peet Flagstone City will occupy the sales office while the community is developed on a 10-year leaseback with two five-year options.
