IBM TO VACATE SEABANK BASE

IBM’s Australian arm is believed to be poised to forgo a Gold Coast office with a Broadwater view and leave Southport for Bundall and river views.

The US giant is believed to be departing the Seabank building, where it’s been ensconced for 20 years or so, for the newer of two towers at the Corporate Centre.

It apparently will occupy the top floor of the Wyndham-branded tower – space that’s sat empty since the 11level building was completed in 2009.
