OTTO TO SELL CAIRNS LAND

OTTO Pfeiffer, who’s been trying for 20 years to sell his riverfront Carrara home for well north of $10 million, is out to cash in on some plum land at his Canopy’s Edge estate at Cairns.

Otto, who owned the former Cable Ski World at Coombabah, is chasing a buyer for 3.6ha, half of it approved for a 193-unit oldies’ village.

The one-time hubcap maker’s using some Gold Coast talent to market the land – Savills’ Kevin Carmody and James Stevenson.
