SINCLAIR TAPS INTO HEDGES

LINDSAY Sinclair, who has just paid developer John Potter $4.6 million for a beachfront lot in Mermaid Beach’s Millionaires’ Row, soon could be tapping into his own stock.

The Highgrove bathroom group founder is planning a new three-level home that will include three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, or en suites.

The planned Hamptonsstyle pad is to go north of a Hedges Ave Potter home that’s been sold to billionaire Clive Palmer for $12 million.
