As his translator explained why Tom was so excited, Xiangmo, who is THE Yuhu man, looked seriously confused. To bring some clarity to the situation Tom then issued a mayoral edict – ‘Do it Regina!’ So this aged showgirl picked up the camera, and let fly with a trademark ‘Yoo Hoo’ and then Xiangmo got the joke and burst into delighted laughter.
