Due to my own fault I have been locked out of my Apple iPad. So, after many conversati­ons with the many people who are employed as a team of technical experts (supposedly), and also I have visited the store at Robina twice and I still haven't been able to find any answers or assistance from the company. I'm disabled and have trouble getting around and walking long distances. I know I am not the only person that has been in this situation and I know I won't be the last one to be in need of assistance from the company that is willing to take your money, but when you ask for help from them that is a different story. So far I haven't been able to use my $1500 device for 9 days. Unacceptab­le! True Blue
