Chloe’s local advantage

CHLOE Stewart will be counting on local knowledge when she plays Rebecca Van Asch in the Australian Indoor final at Tweed Heads today.

The Queensland representative, who is also a member at Tweed Heads, marched into the decider with a big semifinal win over Raymond Terrace’s Genevieve Delves yesterday, 12-1, 7-6.

Tasmanian Van Asch progressed with an 11-6, 10-8 victory over Dawn Hayman.

In the men’s, West Australian Clive Adams was first into the final, beating Ray Pearse and will meet either Aaron Teys or Shane Leonard.
