JT game to top Hayne

-

THE Gold Coast Titans are expecting an even bigger crowd to farewell Maroons great Johnathan Thurston than they had to welcome the Hayne Plane.

An excited 25,109 people lined up to see Jarryd Hayne’s first game in Titans colours two years ago but that figure could be exceeded on September 1 for the club’s Round 25 home clash with the Cowboys.

The capacity at Cbus Super Stadium is listed as 27,400. NRL chief executive Todd Greenberg is expected to be in attendance for Thurston’s last 80 minutes on the field.
