The largest eisteddfod in the world has kicked off on the Gold Coast with more than 70,000 participants involved. It runs until 18th September

WANT to help your child learn about team work and dedication? Then encourage them to participate in any of the many artistic categories – dance, voice, music, drama - at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod which runs until 18th September. On Tuesday night we attended HOTA for performances in the band section and the foyer was awash with students dutifully heading to their recital areas in an orderly fashion. Once again the adjudicators have expressed their amazement at the level of artistry on display.
