MERMAID INFILL SITE NETS $2.2M

BOLTON Clarke – formerly RSL Care – has offloaded a prime Mermaid Beach infill development site for $2.2 million.

The 2001/sq m property at 32-36 Dolphin Ave, which comes with approval for a three-lot subdivision, was marketed by Knight Frank’s James Branch together with Perry Brosnan and Simon Francis, of Professionals Mermaid Beach. Mr Branch said a Coast property investor bought the site. He said stage three of the light rail network, which will run through Mermaid Beach, was fuelling interest in property in the area.
