Street sign costs $400

A SINGLE mother who was caught with a street sign with her name on it in her Molendinar home has been fined $400.

Rhiannon Sue Pinnell, 30, told police she had the Rhiannon St sign because she did not often find something with her name on it.

Pinnell yesterday pleaded guilty in the Southport Magistrates Court to possessing stolen property.

Magistrate Gary Finger fined her $400 and a conviction was recorded.
