Spray used during arrest

A PREVIOUS domestic violence offender who allegedly threatened to kill members of his family has been arrested by Tweed officers.

The 28-year-old man was allegedly in breach of his domestic violence order by being at a Banora Point property. Police allege the man was aggressive when they found him and capsicum spray was used in order to arrest him.

He was refused bail and will appear before Tweed Heads Local Court today.
