We should be grateful for proven star like Morrison
MALCOLM Turnbull brought about his own downfall by trying to jump into bed with the Greens hoping to get them onside, embracing renewable energy and against the wishes of his own Party members, simply because power bills have become unaffordable to many Australians.
Turnbull has suffered the consequences.
Scott Morrison in the past has proved to be an outstanding achiever, a previous immigration minister responsible for stopping the illegal boats, and the greatest federal treasurer since Peter Costello.
And he is also responsible for funding Gold Coast’s light rail (stage two) and the M1 upgrade, and has already offered as much financial assistance to drought farmers as necessary, and has sworn to reduce our power bills.
Compare him to the list of failed prime ministers we have had since the departure of the great John Howard, that plunged us into years of misery and debt under Labor’s Rudd and Gillard’s horror reign, who allowed 30,000 illegal immigrants into Australia.
Be grateful to Scott Morrison – without his courage and no-nonsense approach to illegal entries, Australia would be over-run with other countries’ undesirables.
