Hero dives into court

THAI cave rescue hero Vernon Unsworth has launched legal action against Elon Musk, after the Tesla tycoon called the British diver a “pedo guy” on Twitter, apologised, then demanded to know why Mr Unsworth hadn’t sued.

Mr Unsworth played a key role in the rescue and clashed with the billionaire when he dismissed an offer by Musk to send a mini-submarine.

Musk hit back with the “pedo” insult, then apologised. But this week Musk questioned why Mr Unsworth hadn’t sued and asked a journalist if he had “investigated” Mr Unsworth.
