HARDSTAND SELLS WON BY $1.111M BID

A HARDSTAND area in Burleigh Heads has been snapped up at auction for $1.111 million.

The 2275/sqm site at 1 Calabro Way was sold by Greyboy Pty Ltd, linked to NSW investor Graeme Gillies, which picked it up for $950,000 in 2016.

Adam and Tony Grbcic, of Ray White Broadbeach, were the marketing agents.

Adam Grbcic said it was a competitive auction that had attracted five registered bidders.
