HORIZON SETS SAIL FOR COOMERA

HORIZON Boats will move from Currumbin Waters to the Coomera marine precinct after purchasing a parcel of land for $2.06m plus GST.

The company, which builds aluminium boats, plans to build a 2000/ sq m purpose-built facility before the end of the year on the 8863/sq m site it has purchased at 9 Hansen Court.

The seller was Emphor Pty Ltd, linked to Stacy Kennedy, which acquired the property for $70,000 in 1990.

The marketing agent was Sam Griffiths, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Property Group.
